Trusha Sakharelia, the co-owner, has some 8 years of "hands-on" experience as a beauty therapist, having been in the field since she was 16 years old. As she states with pride, "This is my hobby and my Passion. I love what I do and always have, even back home in India."

Elegance Beauty Salon, Unit N7, Laurie Walk, The Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford (01708 756065), specializes in the Asian art of "threading". Customers, up to 30 each day, come to Elegance Beauty to try this new approach at hair removal.
Threading is a less expensive and easy alternative to waxing. Facial threading is a painless, Asian method of hair removal with no side effects. It also helps give clients a tremendous glow and clean shape after the procedure. Two to three feet of special, thick cotton thread is twisted over the area in a quick motion. The process is fast and can remove all types of unwanted hair from the root. So, you will have silky skin for long time without unwanted hairs. Clients boast that threading lasts longer and is less painful than traditional waxing "Threading is much better than waxing, which tears the skin off my upper lip area and leaves a scar. Threading leaves my skin smooth and the hair doesn't grow back as quickly," one customer said. While threading is a favorite choice at Elegance Beauty, standard waxing is also available.

Gift Vouchers
Customised Elegance Beauty gift vouchers are available for all of our salon services to a value of your choice. Our gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from purchase date. Gift vouchers can be arranged by phone, email, or in person and can be gift wrapped and delivered by post if requested. When booking, please let us know if you have a gift voucher in case special conditions apply and remember to present your certificate prior to your treatment.
Loyalty Card
As a reward for your valued custom, you have the chance to save money on our services. Each time you receive same treatment, we will mark it down. When you have completed 5 treatments, you will receive 6th for FREE*.
Bookings
Booking is not essential for all services, you can book the appointment, if you want any treatments to be done at certain time. To secure an appointment that exceeds an hour, you may be asked to provide card details or pay a 50% deposit of the treatment value.
Arrival Time
To get the most out of your appointment with us, we advise that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so you can change into the appropriate attire and relax before your treatment. A late arrival will lessen the time the therapist can spend with you but will still incur the full payment. Please phone and let us know if you are running late.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We run a busy salon. As such, we request 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise a fee of 50% of the treatment charge may apply. No-shows will be charged at the full price of the missed appointment.
Etiquette
Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off prior to entering the beauty treatment rooms.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and major credit and debit cards for all services. 50p will be charged on less than £10 treatments.
